I suffered from serious writer's block and lack of motivation but all that ended when I began the writing course.    I've said before and will continue to say, I was very sceptical joining this course but I'm glad I did because it increased my writing ability. From doubt to craft, blank pages to writing clarity and learning lessons I didn't expect to learn.     Peddlon has taken me from just being a writer into being a better writer. I have also been given the opportunity to connect with prolific teachers and like-minded individuals.    It's shocking how much insight I've  gained within eight short weeks. I'm really grateful to the amazing Peddlon team for bringing out the best in me.  

Dear Future me,    How are you doing? I mean, I know you are doing great. There's so much that's going on currently and if wasn't my reality I wouldn't even believe me.    We've been through a lot together but I find solace in this chaos, peace in knowing that you are okay. I'm confident you have set out to accomplish and even accomplished a lot of what we planned to do. I trust that you are persistent with your tough exterior and you're pulling through, even when things get really hard. You are strong and very capable.     It's funny how we came up with this plans; a scared little girl with no prospects only dreams and determination to succeed. I'm proud of how far we've come through, the tears we shed, sacrifices we made, people we gained and lost along the way, failures and successes alike.     A plethora of experiences, all came together to shape the successful woman you have become; our journey an odyssey.   So cheers, you did it love,  Yours sincerely,  Shy-Destiny  Xoxo.

I'll do whatever you want; providing, My soul longs for you; my heart calls your name,  Don't leave please, you're my aim,  Cos if you do, whatever am I to do?   I stood with my mouth agape, how do you break up with someone after hearing all that?      

   A lot of people like me are overwhelmed by the the phrase "Social blogging" so I'm here to break it down for you. Social blogging is simply blogging + social networking; sharing blog-style content while engaging directly with your audience through likes, follows, reposts, comments and so on.   How to get started: Pick a platform that matches your vibe; Peddlon, Instagram, Facebook, X, whatever.   2. Find your niche; something you are passionate and knowledgeable about; poetry, tech, story telling, pop culture or even anime.    3. Create a nice profile and start posting; keep it short and engaging.    4. Engage with others; follow similar creators and be active.    5. Be consistent; post regularly, draft a simple schedule and stick to it.      So as overwhelming as social blogging seems, with this few tips of mine you should be armed and ready to start.  Happy blogging...    

   I asked my AI the most important responsibility of the government it says and I quote "to keep its people safe, especially from threats like terrorism and disasters. Nearly everyone agrees this comes first, even before things like economy and health-care". In a country where security of lives and properties are taken for levity, imagine how the economic and health care systems will be, we'll talk about infrastructural development later.         On the 14th of July 2025, Benue state experienced a full scale genocidal invasion, Al Jazeera reported at least 100 people murdered, BBC reported over 200 while Open doors Uk said 218. Up till this moment the accurate amount of people massacred is yet to be accurately ascertained.       According to the Fourteenth report on violence in Nigeria 2024; 208,998 people in 43,558 lethal incidents with Borno State recording the highest number of fatalities, in 2023; 196,737 people in 40,725 lethal incidents across the 36 states and the the FCT,  in 2022 15,245 fatalities due to violence, This statistics was conducted by Nigeria watch, it's usually done every year documenting every violence related death from 1st of January to 31st of December every year.      I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but this is only violence related mortality rate for three years, What about other years? What about malaria related deaths? What about poverty mortality rate?      It hurts so much to think about, the Government has failed in their primary responsibility; protection of lives. Is this a government of the people? Ethically leaders are meant to be elected but the Nigerian democratic system isn't efficient. We end up with leaders who see more killings than the bogeyman and remain unfazed.       There are other issues Nigeria is facing; Separatist Agitation, Increased crime rates, Abuse of power by law enforcement and security agencies, Inflation, Violence against women and children, Political division, Tribalism, Faulty Educational system only to mention but a few. A government of the people holds the best interest of the masses at heart; unfortunately that's not the case in our beloved country.
